Placing an order
Orders can be placed by website enquiry, WhatsApp, text, phone, email, Facebook, or another agreed method. Orders are only confirmed once accepted by HD Finds.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£). Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. Payment must be cleared before release or dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

2. These terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of goods by HD Finds through this website and through related sales communications, including enquiries and orders placed by email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, social media, or other direct contact.
By placing an order with HD Finds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Collection
Where collection is offered, collection is strictly by prior arrangement only.
Customers must wait for confirmation before travelling. Collection times may be limited to agreed time slots, and reasonable notice may be required before collection.

7. Delivery
Where delivery is offered, delivery times are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or collected by the customer or their nominated representative.
8. Your right to cancel

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
